Budget Motel

My family was driving through gilroy and needed to rest our heads. The room was cleaned, service was friendly and even provided some snacks in the room. Absolutely no complaints

The service of motel can be better. Lin approachable also good manager helper great and trustworthy. He is turning things around.

Plus, the premium outlets are only a quick two-minute drive from the property, making it easy to indulge in some shopping. The hotel features just 15 rooms, which contributes to a peaceful and serene atmosphere—perfect for those looking to unwind. We also appreciated the added benefits of free parking and reliable Wi-Fi during our stay. This was our first experience here, and I must say, we were pleasantly surprised. The newly renovated rooms are not only stylish but also comfortable, making for a delightful stay. We highly recommend this gem of a hotel for anyone visiting the area!

My coworker and I have been residing in this wonderful place for approximately three months now, and I must say that it has been an excellent experience overall. The accommodations are comfortable, and the amenities provided are truly impressive, making it a pleasant environment to unwind after a long day of work. One of the highlights of our stay has been the outstanding manager, who is incredibly approachable and supportive. He or she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that we have a room available each week, which has made our living arrangements much simpler and more convenient. It’s reassuring to know that we can rely on the manager to cater to our needs, and the positive relationship we have built has made our time here even more enjoyable. I recomend this Hotel because of the great cleaning, because of the new housekeeper and excellent prices, I stayed for 2 nights and the manager Lynn is a very nice person and the new housekeeper Kenia does a great cleaning service and is very nice, I recommend this Hotel, everything is really clean, the only thing is that the bathrooms need to be remodeled,

This is my fourth time staying at Budget Motel, and the staff is consistently helpful. The newly upgraded rooms are the best in town for the price. We felt safe during our stay, and the motel offers free parking and high-speed Wi-Fi, which worked really well. Additionally, there are complimentary sodas and water in the room, along with a microwave and refrigerator. We will definitely come back again and highly recommend.

Rooms upgraded better amenities than motel 6 also quiet and peaceful better price on rooms.

I was treated very kindly there by the manager and the desk, clerk Andrew. I don’t want to focus on the of this place and there is only one but it is a big one (read last paragraph AT THE END, NOT NOW!) and if they get this handled asap they will have a great opportunity to increase their ratings and profits and have many years of return visitors. Really liked the place, but they should consider restoring the OG 50s Motor Inn it’s a diamond in the rough. The rooms have nice furniture (my mattress was still in the plastic bag and brand new) and more contemporary look. Very thin walls and exterior room door someone knocks at one of the other doors and you would think they’re at yours. Paint job in rooms was horrible, what ever happened to the contractor cleaning up the job site when they were done? Paint droppings everywhere but then again this should have been cleaned up by housekeeping by now and it hasn’t been. Anyway, they accept pets. There’s a $25 per pet fee per night, which is typically. I had my two dogs there and they allowed my dogs and they had a place for me to take them out to go potty. If your dogs hate cats, this may be a problem. They have a really bad, feral cat problem, and new litter of skunks but it goes with area. My dog hates cats so anytime they walked by he barked and tried to eat it up through the door/window. They also offer long-term stays and they gave me a great deal for 2 weeks. So here’s the downside…The only problem with this place is that it’s the floors. The bedding is very dirty. They have a cleaning crew of two people, and I was still mopping the floors every day and the water was black. It is very dusty. It’s by the railroad tracks so I do understand that there’s a lot of railroad dust and that’s so there’s a lot of that all around there and people walk in and track it so that may very well be it but the bedding there are constantly even after it’s changed there’s black hairs and specs of dirt But the place is quaint. It’s cute. It’s the people are nice. It’s reasonably priced. I just cleaned my own room every day and I bought my own pair of sheets and changed the bed. A lot of people don’t have time to do that. A lot of people don’t care about that but I do and I’m a housekeeper by trade so And I bring all my own cleaning supplies everywhere I go. They were very kind and dogs and I were happy. I thank them very much for their hospitality and their kindness they showed me.
